Job Application
Manpower are currently recruiting for production operatives in the Grimsby area.
For the right candidates this position will become permanent after 10 weeks.
The role will involve working 5-6 days a week, 6am - 2pm shifts.
As Part of the position, you will be working on different production lines, such as coating, IQF or grader. The majority of lines consist of;
Packing finished product into boxes
Feeding raw material onto the line
separating the product on the line
making boxes using hand held taper
The pay rate for the position is £8.72 per hour with paid breaks & over time at time and a half after 40 hours.
The ideal candidate will be confident with working as part of a team, and capable of independent work. they Will also have basic numerical skills, basic English language skills, good punctuality, and an awareness for Health and Safety.
You will receive 2 weeks paid leave at Christmas and breaks are paid.
