Transport Planner

Transport planner required to work alongside existing team of planners
Our client are a proven and established transport company that operate a wide range of vehicles from vans to artics
Current team plan and operate on average 25 vehicles each day covering 50% of the UK, with a plan to cover the whole of the UK from our Midlands depot within the next 6 months
We seek a transport Planner to oversee and get involved, ensuring vehicle compliance and customer service support. Must have experience of operating vans and HGVs
The job includes day to day running of a small fleet, liasing with drivers and clients ensuring the smooth running of day to day operation. Booking in deliveries and collections. Planning same day and next day deliveries of grouped orders.
Reporting directly to the company director
Salary and perks to be discussed, progression within available for the right candidate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000- £23,000.00
Schedule:
* 8hour shift
* Monday to Friday
* Weekends
