Salary: £26,000

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Team Leader working for one of the most trusted service providers, they are leading specialists who are committed to providing outstanding care to each member who seeks support. They Pride themselves on placing service users at the heart of their treatment, rehabilitation and education journey.

As a Customer Service Team Leader you will manage a Customer Service team; ensuring productivity is at a maximum output and that Service Levels are met.

Team Leader Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* Build a positive environment and motivate the Team
* Manage Team Rotas and staffing requirements around call volume trends
* Manage staff in line with all Company HR policies
* Personal development of CRC's using structured PDP's
* To conduct monthly 121's around KPI's and objectives
* Identify training requirements
* To manage the Team intraday and ensure the Team achieves all objectives
* Monitor, track and ensure all data bases are completed to reflect the progress of all enquiries and referrals
* Manage the Team's performance around clear KPI's and support development in these areas
* Outbound processes to be managed to ensure all enquiries are followed up and referrals are completed within SLA's
* Call Quality standards to be used to measure quality, share best practice
* Manage Team around the company values
* To escalate any issues in a timely manner

Team Leader Key Skills:

* Previous Team Leader experience in a call centre environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail
* First class customer service skills and professional telephone manner
* The ability to establish client needs by asking effective questions
* Positive, organised and self-motivated
* Strong computer skills and the ability to capture information accurately
* Driven and decisive with a track record of exceeding targets
* Healthcare experience is desirable, but not essential
* Be confident and articulate and be able to deal with clients
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hours

There will be a requirement to be flexible on shift patterns of the 24/7 operation
