Senior Embedded Software Engineer
Eastbourne
£37,000 to £44,000 (Depending on experience)
Monday to Friday Days
Our client, a long-established company based in Eastbourne. Due to growth they are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join the team.
This role will be suited to Senior Embedded Software Engineers that have a minimum of 5 years' experience with C & C++ Development skills for embedded systems. It would be highly beneficial to have a degree in software or computing or electronics or similar.
The company are a successful manufacturing brand trading globally with many sites around the world. Due to growth at the Eastbourne site they are able to offer the successful candidate long term job security and potential for longer term career progression for those who desire it.
The role in brief:
*Designing, coding and validating software modules: C & C++
*Writing, updating and executing test cases/plans
*Debugging and resolving scaling and stability issues
*Write and update documentation
The person required:
*Must have Development experience for embedded systems (Minimum of 5 years: C/C++)
*Software/ Computing/ Electronics degree and/or equivalent in engineering discipline
*Experience to MQX and FreeRTOS
*Good communication skills
