Machine Operative

Lichfield

Monday to Friday - 37.50 standard hours per week

6.00am till 2.00pm (Fridays shorter shift)

£10.19 per hour plus overtime and quarterly attendance bonus.

*Temporary to permanent contract*

My national client is looking for a production operative to join their steel manufacturing operations. With 16 sites across the UK, they are one of the leading specialists within reinforced mesh. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of what they do.

Skills/Experience Required:

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
Good attention to detail
Hardworking and willing to go the extra mile
Be able to work within a team and independently
Take initiative when necessary
Counterbalance FLT licence is desired but not essential

The Role:

Working within an industrial environment
Lifting and loading heavy products
Operating and maintaining machinery
General operative duties required
Ensuring health and safety procedures are always adhered to
