Leeds / Harrogate (MSP)
£25,000 - £28,000+
Interaction IT are proud to be partnering with a leading Technology Services business in the Leeds / Harrogate area, providing managed IT services to a selection of private SME and Corporate clients, covering the Yorkshire area.
As part of their continued commitment to their customers they are recruiting for a Technical Engineer professional to provide both 1st and 2nd line support to some of their key customers.
The business is a premier VAR working with the latest technology and is renowned for their care of customers and ability to deliver. The most important aspect of the chosen individual is their ability to act as part of a team.
Essential Experience:
Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019
Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP
Microsoft O365 & Azure
VMWare and Hyper-V
Remote Desktop and Remote App
Wired and wireless networking
Security software
Entry Level IT qualification
To be considered you will have the following skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills
A clear and confident manner, both over the phone and face to face
Good knowledge of back-up systems / Cloud O365 / general networking technologies
