This global market leader based in South Wales operate a range of business areas specialising in different products, where each department designs, manufactures and tests a variety of interesting products.

In this role you will coordinate and establish a health and safety programme covering the manufacturing site and facilities, you will do this by implementing standards and new process to adhere to standards.

The Role:
* Lead all health and safety activities across the site
* Coordinate the development of health and safety policies
* Establish a health and safety programme
* Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to

The Person:
* Come from a manufacturing background
* Hold a NEBOSH qualification
* Experience formulating and implementing policies
