Location: Darlington
Salary: £18,000 - £19,000

Customer Service Advisor role
As a Customer Helpline Advisor your duties will include providing first class customer service via the telephone. Acting as a first point of contact for customers and dealing with their queries while having empathy for customers. Doing work that matters, you'll be part of a company that is striving to grow, develop and evolve, and in turn, our client pledges to offer our staff a positive working environment and atmosphere, whilst encouraging personal development.
What you'll need to succeed as a Customer Service Advisor:
Previous telephone based customer service experience
Experience of providing information and signposting in a supportive context
Flexible work attitude and reliable work history
Self-motivated and committed to providing an excellent service
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
In order to succeed you will have excellent customer service skills and an ability to adapt in different situations. You will have a flexible approach to work and be comfortable supporting busy customer service teams.
Please note: You must be able to pass a DBS check
Hours
Monday - Sunday: Rotating shift patterns between 7am-10pm, working 1 in 3 weekends where you will only be required to work 5 out of the 7 days.
