Job Details

We are advertising on behalf of our client due to expansion, we are looking for Warehouse Cargo Handlers for a business based in Colnbrook, Poyle Trading Estate.

Shift Details

  • 4on 4off, 2 Days / 2 Nights / (Days 0630 - 1830) (Nights 1830-0630)

Duties

  • Load/Unload freight from trucks.
  • Scan freight in and out.
  • Book freight in and out.
  • Handball Freight onto and off appropriate pallets.
  • Building and Breaking pallets.
  • Be aware of Health and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Manual Handling.
  • Communication between Supervisors and Management

Requirements

 

  • Airfreight Warehouse experience min 6 months
  • DBS (Criminal Reference Check)
  • Checkable 5-year history no gaps longer than 28 days.
  • Forklift Licence, Counterbalance.
  • Cargo Operative Certificate.

CRB cost £25.00 – Apply online via government portal, on our website.

CO £56.00 + VAT – Requires a 5 year history check and its an online course, 4 hours and you receive your certificate directly within 20 mins of completion.

Salary

  • Permanent Role - £23,000 PA + Overtime & Company Benefits.
  • Temp 2 Perm 12 weeks - £10.00 per hour.
