Senior HR Advisor 6 month FTC

If so read on, Adecco are proud to be working with a well established company who are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their expanding team.

Requirements:

CIPD Qualified
Experience in handling employee relation issues including employment tribunals
Understanding of HR Policies and legislationDuties:

Provide Advice to management and employees on all matters of HR
Help and support managers with employee relations issues
Advise employees on any queries/concerns they have
Monitor sickness, absence, competence etc
Help with the implementation of restructuresLocation: Basildon

Salary: Up to £38,000

Working days: Monday to Friday

Duration of contract: 6 Month FTC
