Office Administrator
Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Salary: £18,000 per annum
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9:00am till 5:30pm
Fresh Start are recruiting on behalf of our reputable client based in Mansfield for an Office Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Marketing properties on channel managers and company website
* Writing out brochures to market properties
* Sending brochures to new clients
* Identification checks
* Keeping client files up to date
* Chasing up feedback from clients
* Scanning, printing out and filing paperwork
* Speaking to clients face to face and over the phone to deal with any queries
Skills and Experience:
* Ability to work at a fast pace
* Excellent attention to detail and able to maintain high standards
* Experience of working in a customer facing role
* Professional and organised outlook
* Strong administration skills
* Must be computer literate and confident working with Microsoft Office packages
