Inbound Call Handler - Temp to Perm - £18.2000 - Bury St Edmunds
Do you have experience dealing with inbound calls? Can you offer a high level of Customer care? Are you available immediately?
We are currently recruiting a great opportunity to join our client, a national employer who are experience a high level of growth in the current climate.
The role of Customer Service Advisor will be a varied and busy role, with high levels of customer interaction involved on a daily basis, duties will include but not be limited to:
Delivering and maintaining high levels of customer service when responding to customers enquiries within set quality standards, procedures and response times.
Taking ownership for each interaction to ensure enquires are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Ensuring that all telephone calls and e-service enquires are answered promptly and efficiently, aiming to deal with the majority of enquiries within one contact
Completing administrative duties relevant to the role
Working closely with all areas of the business to ensure the customers needs are fully met
Supporting the team with an open, honest and collaborative culture, delivering the highest level of customer serviceThe successful candidate with have experience in working within an customer centric position, you will be confident and helpful over the phone and able to provide strong customer service at all times within a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential to succeed within this role.
