Job Title: Purchase Ledger Administrator

Location: Ashford

Duration: 6-12 month maternity contract

Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm, 20 days annual leave and free parking

Your key responsibilities as the Purchase Ledger Administrator would be:

Processing invoices
Handling queries relating to the invoices, chasing for information
Producing reports
BACS runs
Posting credit card statements once a month
Other ad hoc duties such as liaising with the Solicitor regarding leases being renewedSkills/Experience required:

Purchase ledger experience
Experience of processing high volumes of invoices
Intermediate Excel skills including v look ups ideallyNext steps…
