Job Details

New role working as a Project Manager overseeing a £750k extension to a care home. This role is long term & can offer exceptional candidates a permanent role.

Candidates need to have previous experience delivering care homes or healthcare projects in a similar role and will interview immediately for a start in December.

Management of sub contractors and trades
Overseeing all H&S and QA on site
Experience in working with construction programmes and highlighting delays
Must be able to chair site meetings with design team and subcontractors
Managing the overall build - specifically RC frame, structures and temporary works
Ordering basic supplies to siteRequirements:

CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid tickets
Previously worked for a main contractor
Strong understanding of Care homes/Healthcare projects
