Are you a recent graduate with a desire to pursue a career in teaching?

A supportive, warm and leading secondary school in Greenwich are currently looking for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to start in September.

You will be working full time Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 3:30pm. The school are looking for a graduate to join their team for at least the current academic year and ideally beyond.

The school have recently moved into their new building, featuring modern classrooms, a purpose built sixth form centre and excellent IT infrastructure; all set in spacious grounds.

The headteacher will be holding interviews in the coming weeks. Depending on where you feel most comfortable you will either be supporting students on a 1:1 basis or carrying out General Teaching Assistant duties in small groups.

This is a great opportunity for a graduate looking to begin their career in education.

To be considered for this role you must:

Have a right to work in the UK
Have good literacy and numeracy skills
Hold a degree level qualification (ideally 2:1 or above)
Have excellent interpersonal skillsFor those interested in training to teach in the future:

GCSE Maths and English at grace C or above
