Telephone Sales Executive/Account Manager

We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Telephone Sales Consultant to join a highly reputable Training Provider.

The position of the Telephone Sales Consultant will be working as part of a vibrant, professional team in Gateshead.

As a Telephones Sales Advisor you can expect to receive a salary of up to £20000 with a realistic earning potential of £30000, 23 days+public holidays, pension scheme, laptop and mobile phone.

The Sales Advisor will be speaking with businesses and talking through a wide range of training courses. This training offer a wider range of training programmes which are either distance learning or commercial training courses. This training provider are offering courses which are fully funded(Free) and part funded courses.

Main duties of the Telephone Sales Advisor/Account Manager will include:
" Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers and providing information on the training programmes
" Confirming client eligibility
" Booking appointments for the Business Development Managers.
" Advising Clients on Training programmes and how they work
" Working to set targets in the form of new learner starts per month.
" Administering client correspondence and confirming appointments

Skills and Experience Required for the position of Business Development/Sales Advisor

" Proven track record of achieving targets within a telephone based role
" Experience of Business to Business Sales and Customer Service
" Knowledge of Training Programmes, Learning and Development would be highly desirable
" Excellent all round IT Skills including Word, Excel, Outlook
