Pertemps are now recruiting for 20 Customer Service Advisors for a large reputable company, for up to 12 weeks to commence on the 30th November.
The role will require:
- Handling of customer queries & complaints in a call centre environment
- Advising customers on the status of their delivery of items, and what to do if an item is lost or damaged or delayed
- Providing general advice and guidance to customers and/or forwarding queries you are unable to support to the correct member of staff
- Ensuring exceptional levels of customer service are maintained and a first class customer experience is provided to customers
- Profession and have high standards when on and off the phone
The working week is 35 hours per week. Shifts will vary between 08.00-18.00 Monday to Saturday – you should expect to work on a Saturday (8:00am-1:00pm) plus 4 other days in the week.
£9.01 per hour
Located in Plymstock
Free parking on site and on a popular bus route
To be considered for the role you must:
- Have recent experience working in a call centre or in-depth face to face customer service environment
- Flexibility to work different shift arrangements where necessary
- Availability on Saturdays each week and 4 other mid-week days on all shifts
- Must pass a criminal record check
