FRA Carpenter

To work on void properties in and around areas of Stratford, Eastham, Forest Gate and Beckton.

These properties are either awaiting for new tenants, or the current tenant may of handed their notice in to leave the current property. You will be doing void property repairs, rehanging doors, taking measurement's, Kitchen and bathroom fittings, skirting boards, window frames, shelving and carpentry.

MUST'S:

You must be qualified with a NVQ in carpentry.
Must have fire risk assessment experience (fire works to comply with fire safety regulations)
You must have a clean valid B licence as you are required to drive for this role.
You must have your own tools for the job as tools will not be supplied.Full time work Monday to Friday.

Paying £18.00 per hour
