Mechanical Assembler

Pertemps Bristol are seeking experienced Mechanical Assemblers for the building and testing a variety of sub-assemblies from drawings and build notes. This is for ongoing temporary / contract work within a manufacturing company based in Clevedon, BS21

£12.47 per hour (PAYE) - £16.25 per hour (Umbrella)
Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm
Paid overtime available – x 1.33 weekdays, x1.5 Saturdays, and double pay on Sundays!
33 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)
Performance related bonus scheme

The successful candidate 

Previous experience in mechanical fitting / plumbing / mechanic / bench assembly in a manufacturing environment
Confident user of basic hand tools and test equipment 
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
IT literate
Formal qualification in mechanical engineering
