Support Worker - Andover and Salisbury
Due to incredible growth, we are looking for experienced Support Workers to work in settings on a block booking basis. we have all variation of shifts available including Day, Night and sleep in shifts.
Support workers will ideally have experience with epilepsy, although full training is provided.
You will be enthusiastic and passionate about promoting choice. You will be looking for full time hours to build on our expanding and experienced team. Skills can be trained but being kind and compassionate needs to come naturally.
At Retain Healthcare our Support Workers are invaluable to us delivering excellent quality and effective service to the learning disability placements we support within Andover and Salisbury.
Reliability and effective communication with the office team is essential to maintain a good relationship and ensuring full support is given at all times from both parties.
