Office Angels are recruiting on behalf of our client in Rotherham who have gone from strength to strength and are looking to expand. Our client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy Service department. If you are looking for a role that offers flexible working & the ability to work remotely post lockdown then this is the role for you.
Customer Service Advisor
Rotherham based office - Work from home
£18,000pa - £19,000pa
21 days holiday plus bank holidays

Duties:
Answering customer queries via phone and email
Delivering first class customer service
Inputting of customer orders and quotes
Work with other departments in order to provide excellent customer service
Ensure queries are followed and resolved in a timely manner
Inputting accurate information and ensure systems are updated
Liaising with engineers and ensuring service visits are well organised
Experience required:
Previous experience of working in a busy customer service environment
The ability to build relationships with customers
Experience working in a Service department would be an advantage
The ability to manage and priorities own workloadIf you have previous experience working in Customer Service / Administration & are looking for a new challenge with the ability to work remotely then apply ASAP.
