Empowering Learning are working on behalf a 'good' (ofsted) two form entry primary school in Bolton who are looking to appoint a creative and passionate teacher to take over the year 1 class.
This role will be to start from January 2021 till at least July 2021 . The school are looking for a committed and passionate newly qualified teacher that can hit the ground running from the start of the new academic year.
Support from the senior leadership team is fantastic, and due to the school expanding there may be opportunities in other roles at the end of the placement for the successful applicant.
The year 1 teacher must:
-Have a strong understanding of KS1 Curriculum
-Confidently be able to plan, mark and assess
-Have a real passion to make a difference to children's learning
-Be a strong communicator with staff, pupils and parents
-Have a strong classroom presence and be able to implement effective behaviour management strategies
-Be able to differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners
-Understand and be able to teach phonics
