We are currently recruiting for a number of charismatic and strong Level 2 TA - HLTA positions within our special schools in the Rugby area.
The schools we are recruiting for are all through schools for children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs and Autism predominantly alongside some other SEND. Based in Rugby the schools have state of the art facilities and fantastic teams of staff. With Ofsted ratings ranging from 'Good' to 'Outstanding' consistently.
Roles in these schools allow you to really make a difference to vulnerable childrens' lives. We are looking for those individuals that go to work for that non monetary reward and are willing to go the extra mile without a second thought.

Support qualification
Experience working with children or young adults with Special Educational needs (not specific to school experience)
Passionate and motivated to make a difference
Have a good understanding of complex behaviour
Have the ability to pro social model with ease
Be willing to work as part of a close knit team. If you think you have the personal attributes an transferable skills or direct experience to work in a challenging but rewarding environment then we are interested in speaking with you.
We looking for people to start in the new year until the end of the academic year with the prospect of returning in the new academic year (September 2021)
