Job Details

A great opportunity has arisen to join our leading International client for the position of Stock Administrator.
As like many businesses at present, the role is currently on a working from home basis, but to allow you to be fully supported in your training, it is expected that you will initially need to be in the office 3 days per week; with all of the Covid safety compliant working conditions applied.

Your role as Stock Administrator will be to record the stock lists and deal with purchase orders. You will be involved with the recording of stock movements, monitoring and tracing of consignments, helping with audits as well as updating and maintaining stock reports on a day to day basis.

Due to the nature of the role you will need to be someone who is competent on Excel (this may be tested at interview) and comfortable working with performing SUM, charts, Hyperlinks and %. (V-lookups preferred also but can be taught). Further Excel training will also be given.

You will be responsible for;

* Updating the system regarding stock received - including adjustments
* Liaise with the company's other international offices
* Processing warehouse transfers
* Administrating the purchase orders
* Prepare monthly inbound reports
* Have regular contact with logistics companies
* Supply stock information with other departments
* Carry out stock reconciliation investigations and resolve discrepancies
* Carry out system / data information testing
* Review and submit rework requests.

Skills and experience we are looking for are:

* Intermediate in Excel - SUM, charts, Hyperlinks and %. (V-lookups preferred also but can be taught).
* Previous administration experience - preferably in stock/ supply chain
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* SAP experience (desirable).
