Print Team Leader
* Sunderland, Tyne & Wear
* £18,000 - £20,000 per annum
* Full Time, Permanent
* 40 Hours per week – Day Shift, Back Shift
A print manufacturing company with multiple UK operations is on the lookout for a Print Team Leader to join their busy marketing department.
The successful candidate will have a print industry background and hold responsibility for production processes and team management.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Ensure KPI’s are achieved and all work designated to the team is completed on time
* Complete timesheets and relevant job paperwork accurately
* Carry out KPI review meetings with team members
* Train new employees
* Act as escalation point for team members
* Effective communications between management and operators
* Maintain a clean and safe workplace
* Suggest new initiatives relating to processes
Knowledge and Experience:
* Able to manage and coach a team
* Good literacy and numeracy skills
* Good communication skills
This position would suit a Print Team Leader with a background in high volume print manufacturing.
