German Speaking Customer Advisor - Home Based

Our client, a well established and successful organization is currently looking to recruit a German speaking Customer Service Advisor to join its successful team. This role wlll be Home Based initially with the potential to transfer to the office in Gateshead if required. (modern premises in Gateshead, easily accessible by public transport and by car). Candidates must have their own laptop/PC and a good internet connection.

The successful candidate should possess a professional work ethic, be passionate and want to offer their customers the highest level of customer services. They are a fast growing organisation and the atmosphere is lively, energetic and multi-cultural.

To be considered for the role you must be fully fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).

Duties:
Handling inbound calls from customers and distributors from both English and German clients
Addressing customers' enquiries via the telephone, internet and email in English and German
Providing quality advice and information to customers
Resolving queries and keeping customers updates on the status of their enquiry
Maintaining records and databases
Translations English-German and proofreading of promotional websites
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Fully fluent German and English
IT literate with a sound knowledge of databases
To be proactive and work on your own initiative
Be a good team player and committed to your work
This is a permanent role. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm (35 hours per week), Monday to Friday. Starting salary would be £17,344.08 per annum
