We have a fantastic opportunity for an Internal Sales Advisor to join an enthusiastic, forward-thinking team who are enjoying business growth.

This office-based role will support the sales team office based in our office in Chatham, Kent. Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred, although full training will be given. The objective of this role is to give our company the competitive advantage over our rivals and the successful candidate will work with our current team to continue our sales growth.

The ideal applicant will be a great team player with customer-centric approach, delivering impeccable service to our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • To support the sales team by being an office-based contact.
  • Raise quotations and deal with incoming sales enquiries, fielding questions to the sales manager and representatives as required.
  • Handling assessment/appointment requests and managing our advisors diaries and virtual assessments.
  • Sales data analytics
  • To assist the sales manager by creating and updating regular reports on sales performance
  • Deliver impeccable customer service through good communication and excellent response times.

Requirements for the role:

  • Excellent IT skills, including all common Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
