Transport Administrator

We are looking for someone that can adapt to all situations well and cope with the ever growing success and pace of this fantastic company.

JOB PURPOSE:

To support the UK fleet operation to reduce vehicle off road time and ensure all costs are kept to a minimum.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To support the companies best interests with any hire company's regarding damage control and vehicle repairs
To liaise with suppliers and progress all works to ensure costs and VoR are kept to a minimum.
To inspect body shops to ensure work is correctly completed within minimum time, at minimum cost to a satisfactory standard.
To ensure all vehicles servicing is carried out as per manufactures specification.
To ensure all vehicles comply with the annual MoT dates
Ensure all accident report forms are received and filed.
Liaising with Insurance Company / Brokers regarding incident damage and ongoing claims history
Process and raise deductions for all damages to vehicles.
Issue order numbers for repairs to vehicles, tyres and glass.
Liaise with Transport Admin, to ensure all maintenance issues noted on inspection reports are dealt with in a timely manor and logged.
Carry out any other duties as reasonably requested by a senior member of staff.
