Job Details
Adecco are delighted to be working with a local company based in Shaftesbury who are recruiting for a Quality Supervisor to join their growing team.
Purpose:
To provide professional and effective support to the factory in relation to technical and quality issues.
To manage and lead the QA function within the Technical Team to ensure effective support is given to the factory teams and all tasks are completed to the correct standard.
To drive a high level of food safety, integrity and GMP standards within the factory environment.
To carry out key tasks in line with business requirements to ensure quality systems are complied with.
Accountabilities:
To maintain & enhance relationships with all personnel across all departments
Drive high level of GMP& Integrity standards in the factory through factory walk rounds, handovers, operations meetings and audits
Be lead support to QAs in taste panels - reviewing of products prior to panels and driving the management of issues raised
Ensure all non-conformance's, customer complaints and incidents are fully investigated, documented and reported, with timely and appropriate corrective action taken as required
Attend daily production meetings to feedback on technical/quality issues and work with operations to manage those issues arisingPackage:
£29,000 per annum
08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday (flexibility across 6am - 10pm shift as required)
