Registered Care Manager - Domiciliary Care Manager - Bexhill, East Sussex.
We are currently working with our client to recruit for them a talented Care Manager to continue to grow their Domiciliary Care Business alongside their care homes.
They are looking for a self-motivated Manager with a flair for management & strong communication skills. You must also be a team player willing to get "stuck in" with different aspects of the Domiciliary Care business.
Requirements;
A passion for person centred care
Flexible and reliable
Computer literate
Self motivated and be able to work on your own initiative
Have exceptional people skills
A driver
Team playerSo if you have previous experience of leading your company through a successful CQC inspection, hold the management qualification and have a proven managerial background in care then we would love to chat to you.
