Textile Production Operative / Machine Operator (Linking/Sewing)

We have vacancies for Linkers in our garment make up team. We would be delighted if you had experience in linking butt we would also be happy to speak to determined and interested people with similar machine and garment makeup experience. We can offer training for the right individual here in the beautiful Derbyshire Countryside.

What We Need

• Helping us to stay at the top of our game by producing the “Finest Knitwear in the World”
• Using our Fine Linking machines to link our garments
• Following training - Ability to achieve personal and department targets both in output and quality
• Working 7am – 4pm Monday to Thursday, and 7am – 12pm Friday (also offering twilight shifts for interested parties)
• Working to our exacting standards and standard operating procedures
• Able to comply with all health and safety policies and procedures as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Experience is preferable, but we can train the right candidate if you are willing and eager to learn
• An understanding of sewing machines and garment make up would also help
• Must want to be part of the team and happy to work in a large factory environment
• Self-motivated and keen to learn
• Ability to communicate both verbally and written
• Flexible approach and willing to be multi skilled where the opportunities arise
