Engineering CI Manager

Are you an Engineering Manager with strong CI experience looking to play an integral role in the ongoing development of the engineering staff in one of the top food processing firms in the UK?

The organisation is one of the largest independent food processors in the UK and are looking to grow year-on-year. They are a company who pride themselves on their quality of product, service and reliability and are looking for an Engineering Manager to strengthen their management team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an Engineering Management role within the food industry.

The Role:

- Working closely with the Senior Engineering Management Team to lead the Engineering department
- Designing people strategies to ensure the continuous development and improvement of staff including working on the attraction, selection and retention of staff
- Supporting the sites continuous improvement activities and maintenance functions

The Person:

- Must have strong experience and knowledge of continuous improvement techniques such as root causes analysis, machinery reliability, maintenance etc.
- Must have proven experience in Management and the development of Engineers
