Customer Service Administrator
Tewkesbury
Excellent opportunity to join an established manufacturer in a stable, varied role where you will join a friendly team.
On offer is the chance to gain a varied, fast paced role dealing with a variety of unique customers' day to day.
The role will be very varied as befits a small team environment.
Responsibilities will include: -
Building strong relationships with our order processing, accounting and supply chain teams in Europe and customers in UK and Ireland alike.
Ensuring credit accounts are maintained to term, chasing late payments.
Ensuring planned deliveries and back orders are notified.
Invoice and statement Query and dispute resolution in liaison with Eu sales office
Delivery advice order and backorder queries in liaison with Eu sales office
Taking calls
Credit card payments
Numerous other tasks relating to the smooth running of a busy office environment.
Skills should include: -
Strong listening and communication skills
Be persuasive yet patient.
To remain calm under pressure, have empathy with and understand customer needs, issues and problems.
To be resilient.
Candidates must have:
Proven customer service & administrative experience
Excellent MS Excel knowledge
Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels.
The ability to work well in a team environment and the ability to use own initiative.
