We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Telephone Sales Consultant to join a highly reputable Training Provider.
This is an excellent opportunity with this Training Provider offering great earning potential.
The position of the Telephone Sales Consultant is a home based with the option of working from head office if required (Gateshead).
As a Telephones Sales Advisor you can expect to receive a salary of up to £20,000 basic with a realistic earning potential of up to £30,000, 23 days holiday + public holidays, pension scheme, laptop and mobile phone.
The Telephone Sales Consultant will be speaking with businesses and talking through a wide range of training courses. This training provider offers a wide range of training programmes which are either distance learning or commercial training courses. This training provider offers courses which are fully funded (Free) and part funded courses.
Main duties of the Customer Sales Advisor will include:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers and providing information on the training programmes
Confirming client eligibility
Booking appointments for the Business Development Managers.
Advising Clients on Training programmes and how they work
Working to set targets in the form of new learner starts per month.
Administering client correspondence and confirming appointments
Skills and Experience Required for the position of Business Development/Sales Advisor
Proven track record of achieving targets within a telephone based sales role
Experience of Business to Business Sales and Customer Service
Knowledge of Training Programmes, Learning and Development would be highly desirable
Excellent all round IT Skills including Word, Excel, Outlook
