Our client, a growing company based in Gateshead is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for day shifts, to support them during a busy period on a fixed term contract to the end of January 2021.

This will be home-based initially (candidates should also be able to attend the office in Gateshead if required) and therefore candidates must have their own laptop/PC and a good internet connection.

Here you will be responsible for supporting with administration duties related to customer service. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5:00pm. Salary is £17,344.08.

The successful candidate must, be IT literate, proactive and a good team player. Due to the nature of the role we are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running and can pick things up very quickly.

Duties will include:

•Customer service via email
•Address customer enquiries
•Provide advice and information to customers
•Maintain records and databases
