This company are a growing manufacturer in the UK and have been consistent in their success since the start. As part of a larger global organisation they have seen continued commercial success despite the recent turbulent times. They are now looking for someone to join the business who can help them to drive the business forward and continue to make improvements and capitalise on market trends.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the NPD process, developing a product lifecycle management process, and identifying new commercially viable products for the business. You will have to liaise and meet with customers to identify potential new product lines before following through the process of pricing, pitching the business case, development, and delivery. You will also work with the Senior Management team to increase the company's product vitality index across the board.
This is the ideal role for someone with product management experience within a manufacturing industry looking for an autonomous role with a growing manufacturer.
THE ROLE:

*Overall responsibility for new product strategy
*Work with customers to identify potential new products
*Manage the process through to delivery
