Are you an enthusiastic LSA with experience of Challenging Behaviour?
Can you make a real difference to the children you work with?
Would you like a challenging, yet rewarding position at a supportive workplace?
Empowering learning are working closely with a PRU in the Caerphilly area to find an excellent LSA for an ongoing role.
Ideally you will have Team teach training or equivalent and have experience working with challenging behaviour at Key Stage 3 and 4.
In return you will get support from a dedicated consultant, weekly pay, excellent ongoing support from the staff at the unit and an extremely rewarding role.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be registered with the EWC, have recent experience working with children and have an up to date DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for one
