Welder (Permanent)

My well established, award winning, UK market leading client, specialising in the design and manufacture of commercial, custom built vehicle products, many of which are patented.

They have a full time job opportunity for an experienced Welder based in Milnthorpe.

The role involves working on alloy panel container units and the ideal candidate will:

Be apprenticeship trained and/or in possession of relevant engineering qualifications
Be experienced in welding metals, both large and small items
Be able to monitor production of own work for quality and conformance with specification
Have knowledge of design techniques and the principals involved in production of precision technical plans and drawingsThe role offers a negotiable basic salary and overtime is often available, paid at time and a half.

They also offer 30 days holiday per year, company pension scheme, on site parking, uniforms and all PPE provided.

Hours are Mon-Fri 8.00am to 4.45pm with 45 mins for lunch. 40 hours per week.
