Warehouse and Logistics Assessors/Markers
Pertemps Work Based Learning and Skills division is currently recruiting for a highly regarded Training Provider.
As a result of growth we are now looking for experienced online Assessors/Markers in Warehousing and Logistics Training Programmes.
The position of the Warehouse and is Freelance and you will be paid on a daily rate of £100. This is a full time contract, with core assessing and marking hours between 10am-1600 Monday- Friday
The Tutor will be supporting the delivery of 2 week Training programmes which are up to level 2 in Warehouse Programmes and Employability.
The Online Assessor/Marker will form an essential part to the delivery team and will to a supporting learners using Video Platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Virtual Learning Systems.

Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Assessor/Marker
" Support the delivery of inspiring training and coaching sessions to groups and individual learners in Warehouse and Logistics Programmes.
" Actively support, mentor and motivate learners across the learner journey to help them with the timely completion of their learning aims and qualification. Contact will be all online and will include delivery sessions through Microsoft Teams and Virtual Learning platforms.
" Observe, mark and assess and review work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner's qualification and meet the needs of the qualification.
" Provide insightful, constructive and informative feedback to help the learner maximize their potential.
" Proactively monitor, evaluate and improve the quality and effectiveness of own workload and working practices to ensure deadlines and targets are met and that the learner has an outstanding experience.
" Take responsibility for general health and safety, Equality and Diversity, Data Protection and Safeguarding

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required for the Warehouse and Employability Assessor/Coach

" Recognised Teaching Qualification e.g. Award in Education and Training, PTLLS, Cert Ed
" Functional Skills L2 in Maths and English or equivalent
" Construction Qualification at Level 2 or above would be highly desirable
" Previous experience of using Distance Learning Programmes through online platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Skype, Zoom and Virtual Learning platforms
" Knowledge and experience of using E- Portfolio's
" Vocational competence or experience in Coaching and assessing Warehouse and Logistics programmes to level 2
" Proven track record in achieving Targets and Quality Standards I
" t would be desirable, but not essential if the successful candidates have experience working with NEET learners
" Excellent all round IT skills
