Position: Working Foreman
Location: Chorley, Preston
Working Hours: 38-40 per week
Job Type: Housing
Pay Rate: £20 per hour
Duration: 3-6 Months
Small Contractor building a single dwelling in Preston is actively seeking a Working Foreman to take a hands on approach in overseeing the build of a private property.
The project is at early stages & you will be responsible for supervising the trade teams on site & monitoring the progress of the build, including overseeing ground works, drainage & structures etc.
If you're happy to get stuck in whilst being responsible for supervision & have experience working on new build residential developments please upload a copy of your most up to date CV.
You must hold a valid CSCS & SMSTS/SSSTS in order to be considered for this role.
Those with a trade background will be prioritised during the shortlisting process.
