Finance Manager (Projects & Accounts)
Part-Time Position, working remotely covering four half days per week.

The Role

As the Finance Manager at City Dynamics, you will be responsible for managing the day-today running of the Finance & Accounts Department, work in parallel with Consultants to effectively report on Business Projects by tracking costs and revenue.

What will you be doing?

An exciting role managing the Company Accounts and supporting Client Projects. Your main responsibilities of the role, but not limited to are detailed below:

  • Actively manage all accounts payable, maintaining current pricelists, manage the PO approval and payment processes
  • Track Projects revenue and costs, analyse P&L on all projects and maintain project billing reports
  • Be accountable for all aspects of managing company accounts, timesheet approval processes, invoicing, direct debits, debtors report and all aspects of credit control.
  • Maintain weekly reports, such as banking, AP, and AR reconciliations. Weekly performance reporting.
  • Be responsible for the Subscription licencing/support contracts by managing the Microsoft monthly licence subscriptions.
  • Manage all software supplier monthly/annual subscriptions
  • Prepare P11D, submission of P11D and execute payments accurately

Qualifications & Experience

  • You will have minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • You will be a fully qualified, or part qualified accountant with some commercial experience and strong administrative skills
  • Competent with Office 365 products and services
