I am currently representing Enfield Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate of £16.00 -£20.00 per hour which is negotiable dependent upon experience
We are looking for a Leasehold Services Officer this role will mostly be based at: EN1 3ES
The right candidate will:
You will be working as a Leasehold Services Officer within Enfield Council, your role will include:
* Issuing Section 20 (Landlord and Tenant Act 1985) Notices
* Managing the processing of all Notices under the CLRA 2002 within the statutory deadlines
* Prepare and issue service charge estimates
* Monitoring service charge accounts and taking necessary action to recover any debts
* Provide leasehold advice to other departments as necessary
The Right candidate will have the following:
* Experience of working as a Leasehold officer
* Experience of dealing with Section 20 Notices
* Experience of dealing with debt recovery
* Experience of working for a local authority
