Job role: Project Administrator
Job Type: Temporary 3 month contract
Start Date: Early December 2020
Location: Halesowen
Pay Rate: £9:00 - £10:00 per hour
Office Angels are currently working in partnership with a well-established client within the property sector to assist with the recruitment of a full time temporary Project Administrator. A 3 month temporary contract is available for the successful candidate following an interview process. This great opportunity will offer the responsibility to provide efficient administrative and organisational support to a Group Finance Team. Our client has offices based in the Halesowen area and this will be your work location, however initially the role will be home based due to current restrictions.
Duties will include:
Providing administrative support to a small team of Project Co-ordinators who are apart of a wider network within the business
Working closely with group sales departments to update on the progression of customer shared equity claims
Maintaining an in-house management system - ensuring it is kept up to date at all times
Processing funding claims on behalf perspective customers
Assisting with financial reporting
Liaising with key agencies and internal departments on daily basis
A large amount of data processing, co-ordinating and maintaining customer files
Using a government computer-based system to input data together with MS Word, Excel and OutlookExperience / Skills required:
Administration Experience - Essential
Property experience - Desirable
Ability to work well as part of a small team
Strong work ethic
Confident communication skills
Well organised, competent and reliable
Good knowledge of Word & Excel
Good time management and good accuracy skills
