Parts Sales Supervisor (Plant / Agricultural)

Parts Sales Supervisor needed for Plant/Agricultural Business in the Grantham Area.

- Basic Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience + bonus.

The Role / Requirements of a Parts Sales Supervisor:

- Strong sales skills will enable you to manage existing accounts and build new ones.
- You must be proactive and motivated to drive growth through outbound business development.
- You will have technical knowledge of the plant/agricultural sector in order to understand your product, link sell, and encourage client confidence.
- You will supervise the existing parts team so some experience of people management would be beneficial.
- You might be an experienced plant technician looking for something different, or you might be someone with strong sales acumen in other sectors who has some technical knowledge of the plant/agricultural world, or another with the right skills for the job.
- Your duties will include, but are not limited to, business development, team supervision, supervising and performing stock checks, ordering, pre-picking, deputising for the manager in his absence.
- You will also be running the parts office and responsible for the parts advisors on site.
- You will be a great communicator in order to maintain a productive relationship with those above and below, and those operating in other departments.
