Senior Tool Setter (Injection Moulding)
Market Rasen
£32,000 to £33,000 + Holidays + Company Pension + On Site Parking + Sick Pay + Store Discounts.
Monday to Friday days based role.
Senior Tool Setter required for a well established global supplier of protective solutions for consumer and industrial applications. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Setter looking to progress towards a process and continuous improvements role.
To apply for the Senior Tool Setter role, you will need to have a strong knowledge of injection moulding machinery both setting and operation. You will need to have experience working in ANY plastic injection moulding based manufacturing environment, as the company supply products to a variety of industries.
As the Senior Tool Setter, you will be responsible for supporting a team of 3 mould tool setters to improve and optimise the setting programmes within the injection moulding process. Although you will be working in support of and leading the small of mould tool setters, this will not be a direct line management role. Your main purpose will be to facilitate change while solving problems and improving operational systems, processes & procedures to ensure all targets are met.
This is a new role due to expansion, and it would be a great opportunity for a Senior Setter looking to implement change and improvements within an injection moulding environment.

* Supporting a small team of 3 Tool Setters.
* Improving the setting programmes & Injection Moulding process.
* Days based role.
