The successful candidate will provide guidance to stakeholders around complex E.R matters, along with ensuring the HR strategy is delivered to the highest possible quality. Our client is a leading organisation within the Public Sector on the outskirts of Bradford. The Senior HR Advisor role sits within a sizeable People Function, with a large support network who value development and progression. WFH opportunities are provided, with a degree of flexibility around number of days to work on site.

Description

In a fast-paced and varied Senior HR Advisor role based outside of Bradford, the successful candidate will be expected to:

Manage all complex employee relations casework for selected business areas, up to and including dismissal
Support the implementation of organisational change initiatives, including restructures and TUPE
Effectively manage the Employee Relations case tracker and produce people metric reports for senior stakeholders
Build manager capability in effective people management by providing expert HR advice, guidance and training on all issues connected to the employment relationship
Actively contribute to the development, review and implementation of HR policies, procedures and toolkits in accordance with employment law and best practice
Take the lead on specific projects in line with organisational requirements and personal objectivesProfile

Significant working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice

Effective management of a complex caseload including keeping accurate records and ensuring timely, appropriately risk assessed resolution

Experience of supporting organisational change processes e.g. TUPE

Effective negotiation and influencing skills

CIPD L5/7 qualified is preferred
