£45,000 - £55,000 per year

We are currently are looking for Carpentry Foreman to work on a Permanent basis with a growing local Carpentry contractor who are looking for a candidate who will predominately be comfortable with managing jobs although be prepared to chip in and help with some on the tools task when necessary.

On this side of the business you'll be working on new build residential site predominately on sites of 100 plots plus managing the carpentry package

The successful candidate will:

* Have an extremely good eye for detail

* Be able to think on their feet and problem solve

* Be self-motivated

* Have the ability to manage a large work load without supervision

* Have excellent people and management skills

* Have excellent communication and time management skills

* Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget

* Have experience of cost control and materials purchasing
