Home Working Customer Service Team Leader
Location: Nationwide
Temporary, 12 weeks with possibility for longer term employment
Hours: Monday to Sunday Shifts between: 7am-11pm
Salary: £21k-£25k
Our client requires experienced Customer Service Team Leaders join their team working from home.
We need people who are patient, caring and have the ability to handle difficult situations.
You will have the responsibility of managing a team who will be contacting the general public across the UK.
Day to Day duties will include the following:
Supporting a large customer service team to resolve issues.
Must be able to empathise and have a caring nature.
Ideally have experience working remotely and managing a team who work remotely.
Be highly organised and have the ability to motivate your team.
Must have a minimum of 2 years Team Leader experience.
Have a positive can do attitude.
Computer literate and able to complete data entry tasks with accuracy and speed.
Demonstrate excellent customer services and communication skills across the business.
Have a good eye for detail and accuracy under pressure.
The ability to manage priorities, multi-task and achieve deadlines.
Responding to enquiries via email or over the phone.
Be a team player as well as working on own initiative.
People management experience at a supervisory level, preferable but not essential.
Flexible in regards to shift patterns.
Role will involve:
Providing guidance and support for the general public
Remotely managing a large team
Performance manage team with weekly one to ones and monthly
Liaise and communicate effectively with customers and team to meet agreed service levels
Organise, plan and control customer service teams
You must be an excellent communicator both written and verbal
General administration duties as required
