Part time Internal Sales Executive
Salary £20 - £23k Pro rata + commission scheme of up to £5,000 per annum
Location - Basildon
Monday to Friday 9am to 2.30pm

Working for this progressive business who are very open to flexible working, you will be an integral part of a close-knit sales team. The company offers IT products and services to schools and businesses throughout the Essex area. They have an exciting opportunity for a target driven and enthusiastic internal salesperson to join the team. Working from the office and liaising with the external sales team you will be responsible for promoting an extensive range of IT services within academies, state schools and multi-academy trusts.
Duties
Proactively seek new business by targeting a combination of existing customers and prospective customers.
Effectively deal with telephone enquiries requesting quotations and product information.
Create quotations for hardware and services.
Maximise sales by continually up selling additional services
Communicate with external field-based sales team
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the CRM
Work as part of the team to develop and drive the sales strategy
Accountability for forecasting of prospective opportunities and maintain records within our chosen CRM.
Requirements
A proven track record of business to business sales
Experience of working with the education sector
