CARETAKER REQUIRED IN LONDON

Our multinational Facilities Management client is seeking a Caretaker!

Enhanced DBS Desirable

GENERAL OVERVIEW

The role covers all aspects of general site management including, planned and reactive building maintenance, porterage, security, reception and being a key link between the client and the school.

INFORMATION

3:30pm - 6:30pm
Mon - Fri
£12 per hour + weekly pay 32 days holiday
Undertake lone working when and where required, subject to passing satisfactory training
Overtime will be availableREQUIREMENTS

Experience required in a trade or similar role preferred but not essential.
H&S experience in terms of manual handling and working at height preferred but not essential.
To have excellent customer service skills.
To understand COSHH guidelines and colour coding.
